We take the utmost care in ensuring you receive the best experience and service from us. For this reason, please have a read through of the following Terms and Conditions before booking with us. As a responsible client, read through them carefully as they are binding upon your booking. We provide a personalized service, tailored specifically for your event. So Every order will be treated as such with the clients individual requirements in mind, as well as and priced accordingly.

BOOKINGS

Upon your enquiry, a proposal and/or price list will be sent to you to review and once the initial discussion/ consultation for your event is completed a quotation will be sent to you, along with these terms and conditions, approval of pricing and go ahead from the client will also serve as an acceptance of our terms and conditions. An advance must be paid in order to officially book in the order.

Time and venue must be finalized a minimum of 48 hours before the event. A delivery/set up schedule will be locked in accordingly. Any changes must be informed before the 48 hours, during peak seasons and weekends schedules are booked in well in advance, failure to inform changes with adequate time may risk your event set up.

All necessary approvals or notifications to the event venue must be completed or details given to us a minimum of 48 hours prior to the event.

Myself and/or trained T2 team will arrive at the allocated time/venue for all deliveries and set ups.

All event set ups will have final checks conducted by myself to ensure the final outcome matches the T2 Events quality and Client’s satisfaction.

Please note: Management has the right to refuse service anytime to any client that displays any behavior we deem as inappropriate or disrespectful towards myself or any person from the T2 team.

PAYMENTS & PRICING

A non refundable 50% advance must be paid as a confirmation to book any order in. Order date will not be secure until the payment has be made.

Balance outstanding amount must be paid by the day of the event prior to completion of delivery and/or set up (proof of bank transfer receipt will also suffice)

All charges will be made clear and approved well prior to the event. Should any last minute additions or changes be made any fees or respective charges will be notified to the client before being implemented.

Subject to circumstance if a cancellation is made less that 24hours to delivery date, the client will be charged the 100% of the total invoicing amount. 50% advance will not be refunded on any cancellations made before the 24 hours.

Unfortunately we do not offer any refunds for any completed services. If you are in any way dissatisfied as the service is being completed, it is up to the client to notify us during the service.

All payments can be made in cash or bank transfer

Our prices are carefully set based on market value & cost of supplies, we want to provide the best service possible at a fair price. In order to maintain our quality of service and end result all parties are satisfied with we do not offer negotiations on final prices quoted.

Standard charges on event set ups will include:

Delivery and Transportation fee starting at AED 400/- will incur for all order deliveries that include (but not limited to) decoration items, serve ware, food, furniture items and backdrops. Food Catering and event styling & decoration services will be charged separately.

Event Styling Fees starting at AED 700/- will be charged on every event set ups order, This charge covers the time and effort of creatively conceptualizing, designing and sourcing all the elements to style your personalized event. This fees does not include (but not limited to) any of the Event set up itself such as food, decorations, furniture rental, labor costs etc.

PHOTO SHARING

Photographs of catering, food and event set ups will be shared on appropriate T2 social media and marketing circulations as it is how we share our portfolio of work. On Site venue photographs taken by ourselves or, with the consent of the client, professional photographs taken at the event of final order and or set up. We will of course respect personal privacy and no images of people/clients will be shared without consent. Any work of other vendors also used at the same event will be credited accordingly.
