The best way to place an order is to email Shiza directly at order@t2eventsdubai.com with your event details, budget, no. of guests and event theme/style if any. The more specifics the better!

We will schedule a meeting to discuss your event requirements as well as view the venue. Once final quotation, services proved and date/time of set up is approved a 50% advance is required to book the order.

On the day of the event balance 50% payment will be made upon delivery at the previously agreed upon time and location. See FAQ for more details

Frequently Asked Questions

WHAT ARE YOUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The minimum order quantity for each canapé/dessert item is 15 pcs or 15 pax for the party packages and a deposit of 50% is required for all functions. Confirmation of numbers is required 4 days prior to the event.

HOW MUCH NOTICED DO I NEED TO GIVE FOR AN ORDER?

The earlier the better, but we will always try our best to accommodate last minute requests!
Cake Orders: 2 days minimum notice is required for cake orders
Catering Orders: 4 days minimum notice is required for catering orders

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW POLICY?

Wedding Cakes/Orders: Once the 50% deposit is made, the deposit is non-refundable. If the event is canceled, the deposit can be turned into a credit for another T2 custom cake/desserts.
Bakery Cakes/Orders: We require a full week’s notice to cancel any cakes or large bakery orders.
No Show: We will call you to try and arrange an alternate pick up date. 
We are aware that life is unpredictable, and in the case of an extenuating circumstance please call us and we will do our best to accommodate!

I SAW A DRIP CAKE ON YOUR INSTAGRAM THAT I LOVE HOW MUCH ARE THEY?

All drip cakes are 4 layers and are an additional 20 DHS. Drip Cakes vary slightly in color and design as flowers used on the cakes are subject to seasonal availability. 

ARE YOUR DESIGNS ACTUALLY “FULLY CUSTOMIZABLE?” WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?

Yes they are! Every cake we do is completely customized. We work with you through emails, consultations, and sketches to help create your vision for your cake and make sure it’s exactly what you want. You can view some of our past work in our Portfolio and take ideas from there, or start with your own ideas! 

I LOVE YOUR CAKES, BUT DO YOU HAVE EGG FREE, DAIRY FREE, SUGAR FREE OR VEGAN OPTIONS AVAILABLE?

Absolutely. If you let us know of your dietary requirements we will do our best to accommodate them. 

OUR BANQUET COORDINATOR SUGGESTED THAT NOT ALL OF OUR GUESTS WILL WANT A SLICE OF CAKE. HOW MANY SERVINGS SHOULD WE ORDER?

We typically suggest ordering enough servings for 60-70% of your guests, as not everyone will take a piece of cake. 

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO YOU BOOK FOR WEDDINGS AND OTHER LARGE SPECIAL EVENTS?

Weddings can be booked up to a year in advance! We usually recommend booking at least 4-6 months before weddings, as the wedding season typically books up very quickly and we can only take so many events each weekend. For custom cakes for special events, 2 months is always a good amount of time, although if you have a last minute request we will definitely try to make it work! For 1-tiered signature cakes, 2 weeks is the typical time requirement.

WE LOVE YOUR CAKES, BUT WE DON’T HAVE A CLUE WHAT WE WANT FOR OUR WEDDING/SPECIAL EVENT CAKE. HOW SHOULD WE PREPARE FOR OUR WEDDING CONSULT?

Start by looking at ideas online – Pinterest and Instagram are some of my favorites – and save all the pictures that you really are drawn to. We can use this to see the styles that you like and help create your ideal wedding cake. We’ll get to know what shapes you like, what accents you’re drawn to, and color palette ideas.

IS IT REALLY NECESSARY TO HAVE PROFESSIONAL WAITERS AT MY EVENT?

Hiring professional waiters allows you to sit back, relax, and enjoy the special moments with your guests and not have to worry about dessert tables needing to be refilled. They are on had to anticipate the needs of your guests for you. All events are set up prior to guest arrival and cleaned up afterwards, so you don’t have to lift a finger.
